The person who answers your email is the one who will write the code. There is no account manager between you and the engineering, and no senior name that shows up in the proposal and disappears during delivery. The trade-off is finite, stated capacity: a handful of clients a year, and at most two projects running at the same time. When it doesn't fit, I say it doesn't fit.

One to two weeks of technical and business discovery, an architecture document signed by both sides, weekly sprints shipping to production, and a documented handover at the end. Repository, cloud, and domains stay in your name from day one.

We don't rent out people by the hour or join someone else's team as an extra pair of hands. We don't take on the full rewrite of a system already in production — legacy is migrated slice by slice, with a way back. We don't bake 24/7 on-call into every project: when the product demands it, that's a separate operations contract. And when the problem isn't ours, we point you to whoever does it better.

The technical decisions are written down, with numbers you can check: the blog describes what we measure in production, and the case studies tell what was built, what it cost, and what was paid for each choice.
