Our role: Built from zero, from architecture to launch.
Context
X-Drop is a management platform for dropshipping operations — the model where the store sells without holding stock, and every order sets off a chain of supplier, shipping and reconciliation that has to add up at the end of the month.
What we built
The whole platform, from zero: architecture, backend, database, application and the infrastructure that holds it up. It was not the rescue of an existing system nor maintenance of a previous team — it was a new product, taken all the way to production.
Result
In the first six months after launch, the platform transacted more than R$ 600k in GMV. It is the number the client uses to measure their own business, and it is the only one we publish here.
